North Salem State Bank Welcomes Brad Kelley as New Director of Information Technology

Community Banker and Seasoned IT Professional Set to Drive Innovation

North Salem, Indiana – July 10th, 2025 -  The North Salem State Bank (NSSB) is pleased to announce that Brad Kelley has joined the organization as the new Director of Information Technology.  With more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry, Brad brings extensive expertise and a passion for innovation to his new role. 

As Director of Information Technology, Brad will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the bank’s third-party technology partnerships.  He will also oversee the internal technology systems and initiatives, ensuring that NSSB continues to provide secure, modern, and efficient digital banking solutions to both customers and staff.

Before joining NSSB, Brad held a senior leadership role in Information Technology at Elements Financial Federal Credit Union.  His dedication to empowering teams and creating user-friendly technology aligns perfectly with NSSB’s commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Outside the office, Brad is a husband and father of three young children.  When he’s not transporting or cheering on his kids at their many activities, he enjoys sailing, watching IndyCar and following Indiana University athletics.
