AVON, IN — Medici Baseball and Avon High School Athletics are proud to announce a strategic partnership aimed at revolutionizing the student-athlete experience through cutting-edge technology. This collaboration features the permanent installation of the AWRE Sports automated camera system and Trackman data-tracking technology at the Avon High School Varsity Baseball Field.

The integration of these industry-leading tools places Avon High School at the forefront of high school baseball in the region, providing players and coaches with the same data-driven insights used by Major League Baseball (MLB) organizations and top-tier NCAA Division I programs.

The AWRE Sports camera system will provide high-definition, automated filming of all practices and games. This allows for seamless video analysis, social media highlight generation, and livestreaming capabilities for fans and college recruiters who cannot attend games in person. Complementing the video, the Trackman unit will capture precise ball-flight data, including exit velocity, launch angles, spin rates, and pitching velocities, offering an objective roadmap for player improvement.

Installation of the systems are scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks in order to capture part of the spring season.
