Hope Healthcare Services is a faith-based clinic dedicated to providing hope, help, and healing to uninsured individuals. We offer primary, specialty, mental health, and dental care to those without access to healthcare.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate and mission-driven NP, PA, MD, or DO to provide high-quality healthcare. This part-time role requires at least one day per week, plus the opportunity for additional PRN (as-needed) shifts. Ideal for providers looking for flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment

• Develop care plans and manage medications

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Provide education on disease prevention and medication adherence

• Maintain accurate medical records

• Assist with referrals and prescription assistance

Qualifications:

• NP, PA, MD, or DO with an active Indiana license

• Experience in primary or family medicine preferred

• Compassion for uninsured and underserved populations

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

• Support for our faith-based mission

Schedule & Compensation:

• Minimum commitment: 1 day/week (flexible) plus PRN shifts
