Job Summary:

Support production Team and production lines by guiding and directing, pulling and palletizing stock for outbound orders efficiently and accurately. Maintain number of picks per hour in accordance with daily goals and priorities.

Specific Responsibilities:

· Accurately pull product for all sales orders, work orders and special projects and deliver it to packers, inspectors, and shippers manually and/or via the conveyer system.

· Palletize and over pack shippers in preparation for shipment.

· Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001, understand and fully support ISO system.

· Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

· Understand and follow company rules and regulations.

· Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Experience in an automated warehouse environment.

· Experience as a Team Lead

· Experience working a 2nd Shift Role

· Familiar with use of RF devices.

· Ability to accurately count and make basic calculations.

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

· Ability to follow standard procedures and verbal instructions.
